Project Overview
Chengxiang district hospital was built in 1956, also called Shicuo Hospital, the comprehensive office building area up to 8,000 square meters, which is the only one official hospital, gradeⅡnon-profit hospital in Chengxiang district. The hospital had a long history, therefore some of the earlier buildings didn't have elevators. In order to serve patients better and improve coordination of each department in hospital as well, the hospital decided to install elevator to bring more conveniences.
As an added installation elevator, it not only requires high strength and flatness of elevator, but also simple and aesthetics building appearance. WINSOM technician team provided K25 Keloger panel curtain wall system for it.
Project realistic picture
Keloger panel was independently researched and development by WINSOM, adopt with composite structure: high strength aluminumskins, special structure core in the middle composited through high temperatureand pressure. In coastal area (including Putian City), the building is subject to high wind pressure, K25 Keloger panel adopt with special structure core, it not only greatly improves panel’s wind load resistance and flatness, but also effectively resolves the shortcoming of corrugated panel and solid aluminum panel in practical application. The great wall structure of core material, not only improves adhesive strength of panel, and solves the shortcoming of corrugated panel which can’t be used as exterior curtain wall decoration due to its limited strength.
As curtain wall products, keloger panel surface coating adopt with Pre-coating PVDF technology, so that it has good decorative aesthetics and weather resistance during usage. In addition, clamp installation system makes it integral uniform stress, meet thermal movement of curtain wall, maintains lasting smooth, simple and quick installation. Compared with solid aluminum panel, the price of keloger panel is roughly similar to international standard curtain wall solid aluminum panel, it can also greatly avoid the shortcoming of bulging deformation and fading, which can be called the terminator of solid aluminum panel.
Keloger panel is a cost-effective metal curtain wall decorative material applying in Chengxiang district hospital, it will bring more dynamic and plays a great role in old building.
