Winsom successfully signed Xiamen Bank Quanzhou Branch building Project
Recently, Winsom successfully signed Xiamen Bank Quanzhou Branch building Project and will provide customized aluminum honeycomb panels, which will be applied in interior wall cladding and ceiling decoration.
Xiamen Bank, Quanzhou Branch building is located in Quanzhou Donghai economic area, Fujian province.The block is near to administration, culture center and comprehensive commercial center, surrounding facilities are available. It’s near to public transportation and convenient, with a total area up to 6,693.4 square meters, the overall construction area is 79,310.50 square meters, the above-ground building area is 59,301.22 square meters, the underground building area is 20,009.28 square meters. The building is 131.9 meters height with 30 floors above ground, four floors underground and one floor semi-basement. The project is a high-rise grade A intelligent commercial building mainly for financial andbusiness office, NO.1-NO.4 underground floors are for garage and equipment, NO.1-NO.5 floors are for supporting service rooms, NO.6-NO.30 floors are for business office.
Xiamen Bank is the first urban commercial bank (investment from Taiwan) in mainland of China. As a distinctive regional bank financial services building space, the architects’ designs integrated the brand of Xiamen bank, enterprise culture into interior design. The lobby with 10 meters height in the first floor, in order to create elegance, concise and progressive spirit public area, the architect adopts aluminum honeycomb panel composited with glass, wood grain stone. Different grain material, light and shade contrast, to build the effect of impressive appearance in the main entrance of building.
All the panels in the lobby will adopt with 3mm joint FIC30 aluminum honeycomb panel system, and all the panels are big panel segment.In order to build character of stable and sincerity of Xiamen bank, the architects select dark silver color. Winsom technical team adopts with integrated seamless corner design, making the corner look more simple and straight.
The lobby ceiling applied Winsom SC60 honeycomb structure sun louver, to create linear decoration. SC honeycomb structure sunlouver panels not only have a great effect on linear decoration & sunshading in building facade, but also have outstanding effects on sense of depthin the interior. SC honeycomb structure sun louver panel also applied in Fuding Baisheng Hospital Medical Street project in lighting ceiling and North registered hall, Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center, toreveal impressive effect of ceiling.
In order to increase the rich layer of lines, the designers use different depths jumping of honeycomb panels. In meantime, some lines transition from wall to expand the sense of space, reflecting the spirit of innovation and enterprising of Xiamen Bank as well.
