Winsom Signed Shenzhen Yuecaicheng (North Plot) Project
Winsom will provide tailor-made aluminum honeycomb panels applying to curtain wall decoration. This will be another landmark project in Shenzhen after Shenzhen International Convention Center and Huawei（Bantian）Research Center G Phase we participated.
The Project Overall
Yuecaicheng (North plot) is located in Buxin, Luohu District, Shenzhen. It is developed by Yuehai land (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangdong Yuehai Holding Group Co., Ltd., with a total planning area of about 33000 square meters and a total construction area of about 220000 square meters. It is an urban complex with a 170 meter high tower supporting 60000 square meters of large commercial podium and high-end hotels. It will build the South Gate of Diamond Exchange internationalization, become the window of jewelry international cultural trading, and become the innovator and leader of China's diamond, gold and jewelry industry base upgrading after completion.
Unique Design
Yuecaicheng is close to Weiling mountain,overlooking Shenzhen reservoir and Donghu park in the east, looking at Cuizhu park in the south, looking at Honghu park in the southwest, surrounded by three mountains and three parks, unique landscape resources. At the beginning of the design, the project is uniquely integrated into the original mountain landscape, creating a perfect blend of "half landscape and halfcity", which makes people feel like they are in the landscape gallery.
The project is planned and designed by Arquitectonica of American. It plans a city level multi-storey roof garden, boldly practices the idea of "sewing the city", links the air corridor system to Weiling mountain, and creates a 24-hour all-weather green natural complex.
Aluminum honeycomb panel with multiple shapes and excellent flatness are used as the decoration material of the podium buildings curtain wall, which will draw the tortuous outline of the urban roof garden of Yuecaicheng.
Winsom adopts professional manufacturing technique for honeycomb panel, CNC roll forming, CNC automatic gluing, CNC hot pressing composite to guarantee the strength and flatness of honeycomb panel and keep smooth and aesthetics appearance. Meanwhile,pre-coating PVDF, which also ensures that each honeycomb panel can resist the erosion of the years and maintain a long-lasting beauty. This will definitely make Yuecaicheng shining and become a beautiful landscape of the city.
