Winsom signed the Project of Shanghai International Brand Modern Warehousing Base
Recently, Winsom successfully signed the project of Shanghai International Brand Modern Warehousing Base, and would provide customized EIC20/EIC25 aluminum honeycomb panel with metal cover system apply to curtain wall and interior ceiling decoration.
Project Overview
The project is located in free trade zone of Shanghai Pudong airport, Pudong district, lot number C1-1, with the land area is 80,110.20 square meters, construction area 249,918.00 square meters. Total investment is up to RMB 700 millions and investment in environmental protection around RMB 7 millions. The building of project integrates storage, exhibition,offices and garage, with underground two floors and 5 floors above ground. The catalog of goods in storage mainly include daily provisions, food, household appliances and so on.

The warehousing base is positioned as logistic complex, which will provide storage functions for international big brands commodities. There is an inner courtyard in the middle of building, which serve as lifting stage for merchandise loading and display.
