Project Overview:
Fenghua Yaju Project is located in the southwest of the intersection of Jiaomei Avenue and Renhe West Road in the Taiwanese Investment Zone of Zhangzhou. It is located in the mature cultural and educational core living area of Jiaomei. The total construction area is about 100,000 square meters. It is planned to 5 new Chinese style 100-meter high-rise buildings and 27 sets of commercial villas.
The project is designed by Xiamen Hordor Architecture & Engineering Design Group Co., Ltd. The designer made innovations in the Chinese architectural style of building, integrated Chinese ancient concept of “Heavenand Human” with the 27 names of epigraph of Song Ci, such as Phoenix Tree Shadow, Love of Butterfly, Fairy of the Magpie Bridge, creating different villas with different architectural style, an antique national style elegant residence building.
As a model project of the marketing center, the first phase of Fenghua Yaju reveals the unique insights of the owners and designers in all aspects. In order to reveal the ancient rhyme, the designer mainly adopts dark & light coffee in the color of the decoration materials, creating a simplicity and simple style from the visual perspective;
In terms of modeling, it adopts many unique elements of Chinese style:engraved shapes such as Chinese character “Hui”(回) pattern, window grilles, Chinese screens, grilles to decorate the classical inner charm.
In terms of materials, in addition to common aluminum panels, the stainless steel, pure copper and other materials are also carefully used. Through the selection of different materials, multiple textures are shaped to give people different feeling of touch. Therefore, as a whole, the project aims to create a Chinese style with elegance and rich cultural connotation in terms of texture.
In order to express new Chinese style of Fenghua Yaju, we consider the details carefully, craftsmanship, and see the real chapter in the details. It inherits the Chinese family door rituals, from the angled folding eaves to the exquisite carving on the pure copper door; From the Chinese carvings, the fine craftsmanship from the molding panel to the surface of the panel, imitating the copper drawing, shows the classical Chinese charming in all places.
