01 Product structure and material
Compose of: aluminum shutter, frame elements, motor
Fin: SS aerofoil type, 6063-T5 with width 205mm
Frame: 6063-T5 with 15mm Width * 3400mm Length
02 Working principle
Motor with dual outputs rotates clockwise → the sprocket rotates clockwise → the sprocket a rotates clockwise → the sprocket B rotates counterclockwise → the chain drives the connecting rod and the shutter to move up and down → the whole shutter is folded and opened up and down at the same time (otherwise, the shutter will close)
