Harton Staithes office building located in a beautiful river in Scotland, UK; the main structureis composed by two trapezoidal buildings. Look from a distance, it likes a huge ship moored in the river, also likes a pair of opening wings, very smart and light. 

Harton Staithes office building was built in 2011, covering 6000 SQM. Beige stone curtain wall and transparent glass curtain wall were scattered arrangement, let the whole building appearance is very unique and innovative. Winsom supplied stone honeycomb panel EIC27D-J10S as exterior wall cladding, combining nature beige sandstone with aluminum honeycomb panel to achieve natural decoration effect and ensure safety of sandstone as exterior decoration according to design requirement. Beige sandstone and glass curtain wall are shining different luster in the sun, with the surrounding scenery together, natural and harmonious.

Different from former workmanship, each sandstone and honeycomb panel is not the exact same dimension. Since soft texture and hard to make big panel, and to save installation time and achieve brick wall decoration effect expected by architect, Winsom adopted 2-4pcs small sandstone to bond on a big aluminum honeycomb panel around 1.7m*1.2m, joint width between stones is 10mm which solves the problem of big panel decoration. Installation: fastener with clamp, fast and easily; the joint width between panels is the same 10mm. Thus, the whole stone curtain wall looks like a brick wall from visual.
