Anhui Wuhu Tobacco Factory Won Luban Prize

Wuhu tobacco Factory started “DUBAO” production line technical transformation project in 2011. Base on old factory renovation, expanded eastward and southward to complete production area transformation, meanwhile, built tobacco process workshop and joint workshop at old factory site and expanded area. The project won “2014-2015 Annual China Construction Engineering Luban Prize ”after completion.
Winsom aluminum honeycomb panel EIC25A-J25M is selected as the exterior wall cladding material of joint workshop and office building. 4.2 million SQM of joint workshop and 1.5 million SQM of modern office building, silhouettes against each other, magnificent momentum; simple and smooth metal curtain wall goes with transparent glass curtain wall, virtual and real combination makes modern office building architectural style deduced incisively and vividly. With clamp tofasten, Winsom EIC25A-J25M meets thermal movement, without any mechanical damage on the surface, each panel can be demounted alone; simple installation effectively shorten construction time and provide strong guarantee for technical transformation and production. Besides,hidden the sealant under metal cover can avoid sealant aging and exposing undersunlight and influence building appearance and make the integrity decoration facade more aesthetic.
To ensure facade decoration and improve impact resistance function, the wainscot of joint workshop and office building adopts Winsom impact panels. With special impact resistant structure, it can rapidly spread impact force to whole surface to reduce the damage. Its impact resistance is twice than normal honeycomb panel.
