New focus-----Zhangzhou Fenghua Residence
Architecture, originally the same as the animal's nest, is an equivalent existence. The reason why it is praised as "architecture" is that people begin to think about how to create a space separated from nature in the natural environment.

01 Chinoiserie aesthetic residence
Gulong Fenghua elegant residence is located in the core area of Zhangzhou Taiwan business investment area, connected to Haicang District of Xiamen in the East. The project is close to Xiamen Metro Line 6, Xiamen Zhangzhou Quanzhou intercity rail line R1, Jiaomei Avenue and other urban trunk roads converge here, serving as an opportunity for intercity transportation to give consideration to mellow life and future development. It is adjacent to Wanyi square, Wanda Plaza, bank, hospital, Zhangzhou Experimental Primary School and Xiamen Shuangshi middle school. It draws a grand map of the next generation of super commerce and education. It also has many advantages such as geographical area, transportation hub and mature supporting facilities. A new and prosperous center of residence is presented.
Fenghua elegant residence is well versed in Chinese culture and follows the rules and regulations of traditional etiquette. 02 Poetic Garden
For more than a thousand years, Jiulong River has been flowing ceaselessly, and the blue waves entered the sea. It carries the glory of Zhangzhou, and gives the city faith and profound cultural precipitation to the world. Chinese style displayed by Fenghua elegant residence is not only extended in the entrance of residence, the overhanging eaves, and the large number of aluminum sheets, metal carvings, and aluminum grids in Chinese garden. The "official hat type overhanging eaves" of the high-rise buildings are decorated with Winsom imitation copper aluminum sheets as the ceiling under the eaves, and the contrast between ancient copper ceiling panels and the brown eaves are also shining.
You will see the gate of Chinese style mansion full of strong oriental charm when you come in. The ancient mansion gate solidifies the profound culture and artistic sense with its central axis symmetry and magnificent shape. Fenghua elegant residence cancels the traditional Ma Tau Walll of ancient architecture, extends the overhanging eaves on both sides of the gate, makes the building more tension, and meets the modern aesthetic. Chinese overhanging eaves on the gate are made by imitating the ancient production of Winsom aluminum sheet. When you look up, the tracery and grille make use of the principle of harmonious composition of lines and surfaces to make the picture full of beauty. The relationship between the lines and vertical lines creates a perfect harmony.
Entering the gate, the central courtyard, the open lawn and Chinese garden create a unique landscape space. The cloud carving on column and Chinese screen are all made of modern materials to create an antique architectural sense. The vertical grid is poetic. Winsom aluminum sheet material is used to inherit Chinese tradition while maintaining the delicacy of modern architecture.
03 Craftsmanship
Taking local conditions as an example, Southern Fujian culture serves as a link. One end of building is the traditional architectural culture of Southern Fujian, and the other end is the way of living towards the future. There are 27 sets of Chinese style villas in the villa area for this project. The exterior walls of the villa buildings express the traditional spirit, and the interior modern style homes are collision of the new century. The exterior wall of the villa is a combination of simple and heavy granite stone and modern technology metal honeycomb panel from bottom to top. As a carrier, the essence of traditional Chinese courtyard has recast the contemporary architectural aesthetics, expressed the unique beauty of Oriental human settlements, and customized the Chinese national tide belonging to Southern Fujian.
Gulong real estate, the owner of the project, was established in 1999. Since its establishment, relying on the strong strength of Xiamen light industry group, Gulong real estate has successively developed high-quality projects such as Gulong mall, light industry building and gulong Industrial Park, which are familiar to Xiamen people. In 2019, Gulong won the "Xiamen Construction Project Gulang Cup Award (city high quality project)" Gold Award. For a long time, gulong's high standard requirements for building quality have created their achievements today.
Winsom aluminum honeycomb panel used in the exterior wall of Fenghua Yaju villa area is different from the rough and simple rectangular flat panel of usual project. Instead, it has made great efforts in modeling and treatment in the details. Aluminum honeycomb panel adopts the combination of dark coffee and imitation copper wire drawing. The grid, carving and shape are reflected on the aluminum honeycomb panel, like jumping notes, playing a beautiful movement.
It is worth mentioning that the application of integrated seamless corner processing technology on the honeycomb panel surface makes the villa facade more upright and inherits the essence of traditional architectural culture. The application of PIC flat joint dry & sealed system without gluing by Winsom makes the roof and wall decorated with aluminum honeycomb panel appear simple, clean and generous. It complements the bottom granite and hides profound cultural heritage.
04 Near completion
