Covering 136 thousandsquare meters, the assembly workshop of East China production base -FAWVolkswagen (Qingdao) Co., Ltd is the largest of the four large workshopsincluding assembly and inspection line (Technical Center) two parts.
Asusual, Winsom provided a package of solutions for assembly workshop of FAWVolkswagen (Qingdao) Co., Ltd, besides sandwich panel for plant wall, we alsoprovided special customized flashings including the top, bottom, door, window,connected main materials and expansion joints systems according to Winsom’s deependesign solution.
Flashingdesign is the special place such as parapet, cross, door, window and walljunction to solve the specific parts function and perfect combination of Winsomsandwich panel MWCP80. While the expansion joint better meet thermal movementof long span elevations. Empty one panel at a specific location and insert the expansionjoint system to have a free space for sandwich panel during thermal expansionand keep high smoothness and aesthetic decoration for long fa?ade. Expansionjoint have to meet the needs of building to eliminate thermal stressand waterproof.
