Winsom acoustic honeycomb panel is composed of perforated front skin, back skin and aluminum honeycomb core through special aviation technology, scientifically matching with high-quality sound absorption tissue inside. The sound absorption effect depends on features and thickness of panel surface as well as structure. Due to honeycomb core is divided into many closed cells to prevent air flow, obstruct sound wave and improve Noise Reduction Coefficient. 

Meanwhile, honeycomb structure improves the strength and flatness of acoustic panel, and super big panel further improve design freedom. Winsom also can fabricate other special shapes like curved panel, corner panel and other special-shaped panels to meet multiple architectural modeling.

The installation method is very simple and fast, adopting MC ceiling system, overlap installation through hook, fall-proof design, more safe; meanwhile, can quickly install and demount no need any special tools and not affect normal operation of usage places.

In addition, each panel is customized. Winsom design team always carefully consider lamp holes and fires witches for ceiling application. Thus, holes always are accurately reserved during fabrication in Winsom factory. Panels go straight from the box to install directly without any secondary processing.
