Another production base of Winsom is put into operation!
Recently, Winsom's new factory has been put into operation!
New factory (i.e. "second factory") is located in Wulv Road, Siming Park, Tongan industrial concentration area, Xiamen City, covering an area 6000 ㎡. It’s not far from Winsom’s current factory (i.e. "First Factory"). Two factories can share resources, complement each other and coordinate orderly for manufacturing.
Winsom is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the development of green high-tech materials, integrating research and development, manufacturing, sales and service. As a professional manufacturer, Winsom (Xiamen) factory has the most leading production equipment at present: CNC automatic roll forming production line, CNC automatic gluing production line, CNC automatic hot pressing composite production line, special-shaped panel production line, professional quality laboratory and various auxiliary equipment.
As another production base of metal composite panel and sun louver, new factory increased a number of new production equipment, including laser machine, Keloger core forming machine, CNC drilling and milling machine, honeycomb stretching machine, magnetic bending machine, redistributed and integrated existing production equipment and production line with a scientific and standardized management, which greatly improve utilization rate ofequipment. The new factory adopts the layout principle of straight-line assembly line (products are arranged in a straight line according to process procedure) to effectively use factory space, reduce the handling distance and times of materials/ semi-finished products / finished products, make more smooth for production line operation and more efficient production.
Operation of New factory further consolidate and expand Winsom’sproduction capacity to better meet growing orders demand of metal composite panel and sun louver, shorten delivery date, better serve customers to improve their satisfaction. This is also shows Winsom focus on the field of metal composite panel and sun louver, and further expanding, strengthening and refining.
The union of two factories make efficiency and production capacity doubled. What remains unchanged is strictly control product quality and customer service. Winsom will continue to focus on customers and provide high-quality products and a package of architectural product solutions.
