A square corrugated core composite panel won national utility model patent

Recently, a square corrugated core composite panel independently developed by Winsom (hereinafter referred to keloger panel) won national utility model patent. Keloger panel is an innovative metal composite panel and effectively solves the shortcomings of corrugated panel and solid aluminum panel in practical application.

Internal core of keloger panel adopts square “Great Wall” structure to make bigger contact area between core and front &back skins, improve adhesion strength and solves the difficulties that corrugated panel cannot be used for outdoor curtain wall decoration due to limited strength.

At present, poor weather resistance of coating, limited specifications, bulge and deformation caused by penetrating installation are the common problems of solid aluminum panel.
