Haixi Jingu Plaza--Aluminum Honeycomb Panel Unitized Curtain Wall System starts the era of assembly architecture

Haixi Jingu Plaza is located in Xiamen, known as “Garden City on the sea”. It is the largest and highest level financial complex in Fujian Province, with a total investment RMB2.5 billion and a total construction area 411200 ㎡.

The design scheme was created by master Zhou Kai, who used to be the main architect of Beijing Olympic Park. The main structure forms the development and construction pattern of tower and podium. Four towers cover the area around 200,000㎡ and the highest tower is 146.85 meters, mainly for office building of finance and headquarters enterprises. Connected with the towers, it is a podium building with an area around 90,000㎡ and the longest connecting wall 470m in the Fujian Province.

The facade of towers and podium skillfully combined glass curtain wall and aluminum honeycomb panel to create the shape of “Bamboo Slips”, reflecting the traditional Chinese cultural styles, simple and full of modern sense.
