TWI Supervisor Training Report

In order to further strengthen junior management staffs’ system cognition for enterprise management, improve management efficiency and management personnel self-confidence and positivity, Winsom specially invited Taiwan senior lecturer Mr. Xiao Nianxiang to come to lecture. 24 people from forming, sheet metal, AGP, equipment and warehouse etc departments attended this training. 

With the subject of work instruction, wok relation and work improvement and work safety, combination with actual situation of winsom to break and practice, which let every staff have a new understanding of work position and responsibility as well as improve their self-role cognition. This training is intended to let everyone learn to use work breaking to instruct work, study analysis and make measures for staff to solve problems and improve work relation. During the training, everybody concentrated on listening, carefully noted; in the exercise part, everyone participated actively, the atmosphere was active. 

This training not only strengthened staffs’ management knowledge, enhanced their management desire, but also made company’s grass roots management to a higher level and laid a good foundation for companyd evelopment. After the end of two days’ training, all staffs said they benefited a lot and would apply for the future work. They hope more similar training lectures could be often organized in the future.
