PVDF Coating with Anti-dirty and Self-cleaning (ADSC) --- Create a Clean and Comfortable Space

With construction field continuous development, new metal materials are more and more applied for curtain wall, ceiling and roofing decoration.Winsom developed PVDF coating with anti-dirty and self-cleaning (ADSC) to keep durable cleanness for metal decoration appearance.

PVDF coating with ADSC is a high-tech material embedded on the paint so that the coating surface has a dense structural property to show the hydrophobic ability. Since ADSC coating rejects rain and dirt, while rain and dirt has intermolecular attraction, both of them easily move away from the coating surface, so rainwater can wash and clean dust & stains accumulated on surface when raining. Thus, PVDF coating with ADSC can keep building appearance fresh and clean as ever. Inside of building, metal interior wall with ADSC coating makes the entire interior space with a stylish and contemporary sense and keep lasting clean and comfortable. With water and cloth, it can be easy to remove the stains on the metal wall cladding.

With excellent anti-dirty and self-cleaning, it also remains excellent performances of decoration, weather-resistant and processability of PVDF.

Through some tests, we can have a more intuitive understanding Winsom PVDF coating with ADSC.

Test A: take alum sheet with normal PVDF coating and PVDF coating with ADSC one piece each other and use oil mark pen to draw graffiti on two alum sheets, then use tissue to wipe; you will find that graffiti on PVDF coating with ADSC can be easy to remove,while graffiti on the normal PVDF coating is hard to remove. Comparison as below: 

Test B: distinctively drop a drop sewage on the two alum sheets, and then shake around. You will find that water still keeps together on PVDF coating with ADSC, however, water is spreads around on normal PVDF coating. This contrast fully demonstrates anti- dirty & self-cleaning performance which is similar to the self-cleaning effect of lotus leaf surface.
