Lianjiang Sports Center – Perfect Embodiment of Sun Shading and Decoration

Lianjiang sports center is one of themain venues to host the first National Youth Games, with a total construction area of about 55000 square meters, including stadium, comprehensive hall and swimming pool. It will be a landmark building in Lianjiang city after completion.

As the main material of shading and decoration, Winsom aerofoil sun louvers SS406F were applied for exterior wall of swimming pool and comprehensive hall, usage quantity up to 5500LM and shading area up to 2300 SQM. Swimming pool and comprehensive hall were adjacent built with same structure. Louvers were respectively installed on the opposite sides of two venues facades to construct relative visual effect. With integrated fin structure design and 6m in length, Winsom aerofoil sun louver SS406F are orderly rowed at outside of venues in horizontal. Layers of arrangement, magnificent momentum, shading and a sense of line decoration, adds a lot of vitality for the swimming pool and comprehensive hall appearance.

Architectural external shading system can block direct sunlight entering indoor, absorb and reflect solar heating. It plays an important role for building energy consumption reduction and provides a strong guarantee for the comfort environment for stadium.
