Contract Win: Hainan International Art & Antiques Exchange Center

We are proud to announce that Winsom has been selected to supply custom curved honeycomb panels for the Hainan International Art & Antiques Exchange Center — an iconic coastal cultural landmark in China.

Tasked with creating a facade inspired by the traditional Li bamboo-weaving texture, Winsom developed single-curved and double-curved honeycomb panels in elongated, dual-tone profiles. Each of the over 22,000 panels — all under 0.4㎡ in size — had to match exact length, curvature, and angle specifications to form the building's fluid, undulating exterior, where even minor deviations could disrupt the visual harmony.

Faced with the dual challenge of complex geometry and a tight coastal construction schedule, Winsom introduced tailored technical solutions:

• Adaptive Molding System: Using self-developed adjustable-radius molding equipment, we enabled real-time adjustments to produce 22,000+ uniquely shaped panels with standardized precision.

• Full Digital Oversight: From 3D modeling to final production, every panel was monitored through Winsom's intelligent management system, ensuring each piece met strict design tolerances.

This project not only demonstrates our advanced capability in custom curved panel fabrication, but also reflects our commitment to supporting China's cultural infrastructure development.
