Winsom (Xiamen) Construction Technology Co.,Ltd successfully passed the national high-tech enterprise recognition in November 2022 and received the high-tech enterprise certificate jointly issued by the Xiamen Science and Technology Bureau, Xiamen Finance Bureau, and Xiamen Tax Service, State Taxation Administration. This is the fourth consecutive recognition since its first recognition in 2013.

What is a high-tech enterprise?

High-tech enterprises refer to the development of science and technology or scientific inventions in new fields, or innovative operations in existing fields. On the basis of defining the scope of high-tech enterprises, the concept of high-tech enterprises can be defined from the "Administrative measures for the determination of high and new technology enterprises" revised and issued by the state in 2016. Therefore, in China, high-tech enterprises generally refer to resident enterprises that continue to conduct research and development, transform technological achievements, and form core independent intellectual property rights within the scope of  "National Key Supported High tech Fields" issued by the state, and carry out business activities on this basis. They are knowledge intensive and technology intensive economic entities.
