Lin Tan 8-storey Office is a renovated office building in the Philippines. The floor is not high, but the designers reveal a contracted but not simple quality for its renovation design. It integrates the world aesthetic and Southeast Asian customs to create a distinctive architectural facade.

As a typical tropical rainforest country, the Philippines has high temperature, rain and humidity. The annual average temperature is 25 ℃~31 ℃. Especially the hot weather in summer makes the local people pay more attention to practicality, energy conservation and consumption reduction in addition to decorative aesthetic requirements for building facades.

The pursuit of modern architecture is to constantly explore the aesthetic balance of building facades. The use of sun louver in architecture shows the modern sense of architecture while respecting regional culture.

Lin Tan 8-storey Office is not simple, but also the bold use of color by designers. The main color of the building facade is blue, which symbolizes the sea.

Random but not casual

PS-D300F aeroscreem louvers are installed vertically on the building facade, and also play a role in line extension decoration. Different installation angles match with the louver quantities, which seems to be a random combination, but also hidden mystery.

The different installation angles of louvers can reflect different scenes and present different charm. When the sun passes through, the use of the sunshade louvers on the facade will spread a mottled light and shadow on the curtain wall, which will paint a natural decoration for the building and create a comfortable and soft indoor office environment space. At night, the indoor light can also pass through the blinds, and the dim light beam can also light up the dark night, bringing comfort.
